Elchlepp brings more than a decade of industry experience to the classroom, creating a collaborative, inclusive and creative environment that prepares students for careers in public relations. Her teaching emphasizes hands-on learning, professional growth and open dialogue, encouraging students to think critically and apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. As a first-time instructor, she is excited to share her expertise with the next generation of strategic communicators.

Service

Current board member of Youth Corps — a life-changing experiential learning and leadership development experience for 9th and 10th grade students in the Midlands of South Carolina.

Personal

Outside of work, Elchlepp loves hanging out with her two pups (Matilda and Primrose), following women's sports, cheering on the Gamecocks and rewatching Gilmore Girls (again).
