Interprofessional Education for the Health Sciences (IPEHS)

The mission of USC Interprofessional Education for the Health Sciences (IPEHS) is to be leaders in preparing health professionals skilled in effective interprofessional practice through synergistic educational and experiential activities that enhance the interprofessional learning of students in the health sciences at the University of South Carolina to improve the health and quality of care for the diverse populations we serve. IPEHS education is guided by the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) core competencies.

Other IPE Events (will not count for IPE attendance credit)

  • CLARION Case Competition Virtual Interest Meeting – January 13, 2026 at 7pm
    • Join us to learn more about the local interprofessional CLARION Case Competition. Students will need to work in interprofessional teams of no more than 4 students with at least 2 health professions represented to compete in the local competition with the opportunity to progress to the national competition. This meeting will help students form their teams.
    • Check out more information about the CLARION competition.
    • Make sure to register to attend the virtual interest meeting.
