Access to Student Records
University employees who serve in advisory roles may request access to BTCM by submitting an Advisor Access Request form. Individuals requesting this level of access should first review the FERPA guidelines available via the University Registrar and complete the FERPA training quiz.
Access to BTCM Data
Individuals who would like access to BTCM data for reporting, dashboards, research, or assessment should submit a BTCM Curiosity & Data Partnership Request form. All requests for BTCM data are reviewed in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable university policies to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of student records. Depending on the nature, scope, and intended use of the request, consultation with the Office of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Analytics (OIRAA) may be needed prior to approval or release.
