A South Carolina native, Taylor attended the University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Immediately upon graduating from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Larry B. Hyman, Jr. in the South Carolina Circuit Court. Prior to joining the Constitutional Law Center, Taylor was the staff attorney at Palmetto State Teachers Association where she specialized in education and employment law.
