Wine and Beverage Classes

Discover how to complement the flavors of your favorite foods while learning about the art and science behind producing these palate-pleasing beverages! Our classes are offered through the Wine and Beverage Institute during fall and spring semesters. 

2026-27 Classes

    Spend an evening with Charlie Partlow as he guides you through a curated selection of whiskeys, each thoughtfully paired with music chosen to highlight its character and mood.  Chef Walter will prepare  delicious bites from his kitchen to complement the pours, making this an ideal experience for whiskey enthusiasts and curious beginners alike
