Travel Information
For student travel, refer to the Student Travel SOP [pdf] first. Then, complete the Travel Authorization Form. This form MUST be completed and approved by the PI before a travel authorization is submitted to the controller's office.
Within 10 days of returning from traveling, complete the Travel Reimbursement Voucher Form including your receipts.
