Together We Rise
What to Expect
Together We Rise is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a sense of normalcy in the lives of children navigating through the foster care system. We do this by raising funds to take them on outings, by preparing and hosting dinner nights, and by giving through gifts/donations during the holidays. We primarily work in the Columbia area and with the Palmetto Place Children's Shelter, however we are not opposed to working with other foster homes/shelters in the surrounding areas.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
Term: Ongoing
