What to Expect
The Latin American Student Organization (also known as LASO) is a student-led group that enables aspiring leaders of all academic interests, regardless of race/ethnicity/background, from across the university to make a difference at the University of South Carolina and within the community. We strive to advance our culture and preserve our identity through continuous innovation, developing leaders, and by providing a truly unique and memorable experience.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
