A Professional Development Guide
The Employee Learning System will help you identify job-specific
training to enhance your knowledge, skills and performance.
Developed by the Division of Human Resources, the system features
a training curriculum designed specifically for classified employees.
The system is based on employee job specifications and was produced
in collaboration with University employees and managers.
An Employee Learning Plan
is included to make it easy for you and your manager to set specific
learning objectives to address your individual needs.

Curriculum page and select your job group from those shown and
review the workshops recommended for your professional growth. The
Employee Learning System also links to the Professional Development
calendar and workshop descriptions to aid in scheduling your training.
