The University’s flexible work schedule pilot program will conclude on Friday, August 15; however, departments that wish to continue the arrangements approved during the pilot are authorized to do so until a final determination has been made about the program.

Department chairs and supervisors should make certain that their employees know whether they may remain on the flexible schedule or return to regular work hours.   

The Division of Human Resources will evaluate the pilot program during the fall semester through an online survey sent to all eligible employees and to the department chairs and supervisors of both participants and non-participants. 

We encourage everyone to respond to the survey. It will be beneficial to know the perspectives of both employees and their supervisors in evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of the program.
