The Benefits Office has scheduled the following dates and times for new hire orientations on the Columbia campus. These are group sessions that will be held in Professional Development Room 101-D or Room 101-G at 1600 Hampton Street.

Morning sessions are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be held on:

• July 2, 15, 22
• August 12, 20, 27
• September 3, 9, 11, 16

Afternoon sessions are scheduled from 1–5 p.m. and will be held on:

• June 17
• July 9
• August 4, 6, 11, 19, 21
• September 15

Please advise your new employees to attend one of these sessions as soon as possible. Class size is limited. New employees are encouraged to attend before their effective date of hire. Contact the Benefits Office at 803-777-6650 to confirm the availability of space in the desired session as soon as possible.

Hiring departments should verify that PBP documents have been submitted to Salary Administration for proper processing. Do not fax PBP documents to the Benefits Office.
